Here it is the bit I wanted to find
A puzzle piece of some kind
Shimmering like the northern light
Very deeply deep inside
Like energy waves that move up from bottom to sky
Intensely strong full fire it shoots up higher and higher
Healing everything on its way
Without being stopped by ill and pain
Bursting through like a rocket of light
From the bottom to the top and then outside
Breathing deeply without thoughts
Slower and slower till the time just stopped
It feels like floating above the clouds
Building up a stronger base and light
In the middle of this temple of mine
Growing step by step into the better me
I meditate to be free
