I was listening to the words from Dr.Joe Dispenza while going over them in my mind. I analyse while listening or watching them. I see things match up with my own experience. And how I changed lots of them already, but I am still not done. Understanding it is the start, then you get the harder part that is working on it. Unconsciously we connect emotions to past situations, it makes that we feel the stress and hurt of a past. So if we want to be free and happy, how do we do that?? Feel the emotion when it happens but don’t attach it to situations or people. We need to greave and feel, to get rid of that blockage. But then we need to set ourselves free again. The video I will attach to this post so you can listen and see for yourselves if it is something you can use for your own life.
I find the talks and video’s of Dr Dispenza interesting and clear explained. He does so much around the mind and body and how it works and how to work on it. Have a look on you-tube for some of his other talks and speeches. I promise you will find truth in his words and it will put you to think about it.
My hope is for the world to understand itself better and be more kind to themselves. Being in balance and aware will create a better and stronger, kinder and loving world.
